I am a Chinese tea practitioner, and I drink loose-leaf teas. I was introduced to cacao husks at Joaihu Chocolate, and they’ve become my first tea in the mornings. I’ve been sharing them with friends too, and I love seeing their reactions. I love how open and warm it makes me feel, and the feelings of energy and strength the tea provides. I feel really grateful that I had the chance to embrace the experience with cacao husks. Combining it with Gongfu Tea practice makes me feel so blessed with what I do and what I have in life. Wow! So creamy and flavorful. I love using the 100% for making hot cocoa. Just steam or heat some milk, add sweetener of choice (I use maple syrup) and whisk with chopped chocolate. The best treat!
I ordered a six pack of 75% to give as gifts this Christmas, but ended up eating one and baking brownies with a few more... I might have to reorder! The chocolate is delicious. So complex. Somehow savory in a really nice way. I love most chocolates, but Joaihu is the real deal. Can't recommend enough!
I'm an 85% person, and this one is the best! The flavor is deep and rich with a natural, almost rustic texture. Not too sweet- perfect for snacking.

This chocolate has become my favorite thing in the morning! Instead of sugar, I choose my own sweetness with this 100% chocolate. Sometimes I pair it with dates and almond butter or I melt it on sourdough toast with honey.
The quality of this chocolate is incredible. Never would I have thought I'd actually enjoy 85% dark chocolate, but their simple and incredibly pure ingredients are delicious. Even my 4-year-old nephew loves the taste. I've also been blessed to have visited the farm where they grow and process the cacao and can vouch for its authenticity. My wife and I watched the video on their website and chuckled because until then we always assumed that those "down to earth" style videos were probably stretching the truth. But having walked those paths and met those workers, it warms my heart to know that Joaihu is doing it right. They treat their agroforest, their workers, and their chocolate with the utmost love. And you can taste it in the bar. Their wrapper is even biodegradable! They don't just say they care about the planet, they walk the walk. Wonderful product. Wonderful company. Wonderful mission. And wonderful people.

I love the cacao letting it melt in your mouth and getting the flavanol boost is great for blood flow blood pressure and heart vitality....good product
you need to find a better way to ship the boxes of ..chocolate ..all bars in the three boxes were melted the bars were tightly wrapped in the thermal envelope and the box was tightly wrapped with tape with one thin cold pack outside the envelope there was no breathing space in the package the cold pack was hot the package when opened was hot like a small oven and the bars in all three boxes of six were not firm at all I had to put them in the refrigerator just to harden up the melted bars......you need to give the chocolate some air space to breath and keep cool......

love the product but the shipping was not good. I would like your packaging to be more heat resistant. The chocolate had melted on the way and became crumbeluy.

I got the 2 bar special you ran a while back and got an 85% and a 100%. Tried them and immediately hated them. Thought it tasted like chocolate dirt. If memory serves, I reached out to a friend and he told me to try it again without chewing it and just let it melt on your tongue. Completely changed it for me! Now I'm a huge fan of these chocolates, as this was my first experience with REAL dark chocolate. Really opened up the flavor profiles and helped me taste the nuance a lot more. If you just want chocolate to snack on, go grab a Hershey bar, but if you want an experience similar to tasting wine, but with chocolate... this is the way to go!
1 box of 6 of the three boxes order #1612 made in February was hard tasted sour had a expiration date of 4/13/2024 lot 153226 the other two boxes of 6 taste great

As much as I wanted to love this chocolate, it’s was not to my liking, it is absolutely healthy and I will eat it but, it was lacking in some sweetness it was more like a soft dark chocolate made from the coco nibs a little too earthy for me!
